This how you make Fly-Off-The-Plate Pancakes this recipe came from the Cotten Country collection cook book I hope you like it. These is the ingredients to it.

1cup flour, sifted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 rounded tablespoon sour cream
2 tablespoon melted butter,cooled

All right you got the ingredients know it's time to cook.

Resift flour with dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Beat together eggs, milk and sour cram. Stir into flour mixture. Add melted butter and beat with a slotted spoon or whisk until smooth. Drop a small spoonful on a hot griddle, If too thick add more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time. Yields 10 to 12 pancakes. The recipe easily doubles and stores well over night.
